By creating an account or using WrenchLog Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of Service
WrenchLog Pro is a personal productivity and pay tracking tool designed for automotive technicians. It allows users to log jobs, track hours, monitor efficiency, and estimate earnings based on user-provided data.
User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Providing accurate account information
- All activity that occurs under your account
Accounts are intended for individual use only. Do not share your credentials with others.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the service
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with system security or infrastructure
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.
Subscriptions & Payments
WrenchLog Pro offers optional paid subscription plans.
- Subscription pricing is displayed clearly before purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- We do not store credit card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Subscription portal.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic renewal for the next billing period.
Free Tier
A limited free tier may be available. Feature access and data retention may vary based on subscription status.
Disclaimers
WrenchLog Pro is an estimation and tracking tool.
- All calculations are based on user-entered data.
- WrenchLog Pro is not a payroll system, tax advisor, accounting service, or HR tool.
- Users are responsible for verifying earnings with their employer.
We make no guarantees regarding accuracy for legal, financial, or official purposes.
Limitation of Liability
WrenchLog Pro is provided "as is" and "as available."
We are not liable for:
- Lost wages
- Incorrect calculations
- Data loss
- Business interruption
- Any indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to WrenchLog Pro in the past 12 months.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion permanently removes associated data from active systems.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of WrenchLog Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
